A dedicated multifunction multiplexed analog output pindelivers sophisticated diagnostic functions including highprecision proportional load current sense, supply voltagefeedback and chip temperature sense, in addition to thedetection of overload and short circuit to ground, short to Vcc and OFF-state open-load.
