WSD7020AF is double channel high-side drivers with currentsense analog feedback for automotive applications, the devicesare designed to drive 12 V automotive grounded loads througha 3 W and 5 V
WSD7020AF integrates advanced protective functions such asload current limitation, overload active management by powerimitation and overtemperature shutdown
A dedicated multifunction multiplexed analog output pindelivers sophisticated diagnostic functions including highprecision proportional load current sense, in addition to thedetection of overload and short circuit to ground, short to Vecand OFF-state open-load.
A sense enable pin allows OFF-state diagnosis to be disabledduring the module low power mode as well as external senseresistor sharing among similar devices
WSD7020AFis available in DFN5x6-14L package.
