In March 2014, Xidian University School of Telecommunications Engineering and Winsemi had established "undergraduate and graduate students enterprise practice base" .The cooperation ceremony was held in the company′s headquarters.

To adjust growing demand of the National Economic and Social Development for high-level and applied talents, promote the healthy development of full-time professional master degree postgraduate education, and actively explore the mode of school-enterprise joint training of applied and innovative talents, with the joint efforts of both sides, the signing ceremony of the cooperation between Shenzhen Wenxian Microelectronics and Xidian University was held with the visit and guidance of President Zhang of Xidian University.
